Bump on Breast

Hello I noticed a small bump under my right breast about two or three weeks ago it has not gotten bigger or smaller. I have not went to the doctor at all about it. when I first noticed it it was a little sore to the touch I thought it was a zit or something as I do get a lot of them on my upper inner thigh every month I tried to pop it and mostly blood came out with every small amount of clear fluid now it sore again and haven't gotten smaller. I'm scared my grandmother died of breast cancer what should I do

Most likely this is some sort of skin problem but I suggest that you NOT continue to try to "pop it" but instead have your Dr take a look at it. Your primary care Physician would be fine or perhaps a Dermatologist. A lump that might be suspicious concerning Breast Cancer would be well beneath the skin in the breast tissue and not  on the surface under the breast. Have it checked out so that an infection doesn't occur.   Regards .....
