Can someone pls explain to me about my mom's breast x-ray results taken in the Philippines? Im so worried about her.

The breast parenchyma show scattered fibro glandular tissue. There obscured nodule at the upper half of the left breast. There is no discrete mass lesion focal architectural distortion or asymmetry. No suspicious microcalcifications are noted. Overlying skin and ancillary areas are unremarkable. Assessment and recommendation obscure module upper half of left breast ultrasound is suggested.

Thank you so much, Sir. I asked her to take the ultrasound immediately. She will be going today. I'm so scared because my grandparents on my mom's side both died because of cancer.

Hi. Abnormal findings in breast x-rays (mammogram) which are suspicious for malignancy usually present as either discrete masses or microcalcifications.  Neither was found on your mother's breast x-ray, which is a good thing. However, the radiologist did note a nodule on the upper half of the breast which they could not be see well in the mammogram, so they could not decide what it is.  That's why they want to have a breast ultrasound done to further investigate the nature of that nodule. It's probably best to have the ultrasound done soon.  At this point, there's still no proof that your mother has any breast cancer, so stay positive and let's all hope for the best.
