Hi,
Most nipple discharges are caused by benign conditions and is rarely a sign of breast cancer, particularly when this occurs bilaterally. This fluid can be many colors, white, yellow, gray, green etc.. and it’s meaningless unless you notice that the discharge is spontaneous, (comes out without squeezing) is persistent or bloody and is associated with a lump, nipple or skin changes. If this happens it becomes concerning and you should see your doctor to have this problem evaluated and treated.
Discharge from the nipples, when they are squeezed, increases the Prolactin hormone level in your body and the more you squeeze the nipples the more the discharge will continue. I am not sure why you cannot stop the squeezing, but if you truly want the fluid discharge to end, you simply have to discontinue doing it okay?
Take care…
