Confusing scar like thing on breast

Hi. Im asking this for my sister she is 29 years old and she had a fibroadenoma surgery in 2005. Doctors said the cyst was harmless. Recently she notied a chickenpox scar like thing on her breast very close to where they removed the cyst (the surgical scar is on the areola btw) There is nothing wrong with the breast tissue or anything she has no other symptoms. Nothing happened to the skin that can cause a scar like that. She said that they used big anesthesia needles for the surgery and the needles might be to blame but i think she would have known that by now. But its also weird for a scar (is that even a scar?) to appear out of nowhere without a previous injury. So is it a surgical scar that have just become more prominent? or is it something cancerous? can you tell by looking at the pictures? http://i.imgur.com/llTl7Ys.jpg http://i.imgur.com/f5uVhE9.jpg (english isn't my native language so excuse my explaining skills)

Sorry but I couldn't see anything when viewing the picture .... it was quite small and blurred way too much when I enlarged it.  I wouldn't think that this would be the surgical scar from 2005; if it were it would have shown up at that time. This could be what is often referred to as a "stretch mark" if your Sister has gained a considerable amount of weight lately. If I were her I would ask my Dr. the next time she sees him/her for an evaluation of this issue. A clinical exam and possibly some type of test would be the only way to tell what this area represents.   Best wishes to you both.
