Do I need Further Evaluation

I had a chest ct for another problem I was having.  It came back normal except they said,

Focal irregular soft tissue density in the right axillary region, with appearance similar to right breast tissue. This may represent an accessory breast lobule

I went to my Gyno, she didn't seem concerned but went ahead and is sending  me to a breast specialist.  I am wondering if I need to go.  The CT clearly states it is probably breast tissue, my gyno thought so too.  I have horrible insurance and due to health issues I am in a lot of medical debt.  I am only 30 and no breast cancer in my family.  I know it is better to be safe than sorry but in this case I don't want to go in more debt because everyone was trying to be safe.  Can someone maybe explain what the Ct is saying and I would like to know your opinion should I get it check out.  Also I am not sure that I feel anything abnormal in that area.  A lot of times my armpit is tender.
