I am 14yrs old and i have a abnormality in my right nipple

I am 14 yrs old, and have a pea sized abnormality in my right nipple it is tender. And when i put any pressure on it, it discharges a milky/clear fluid.  should i be worried? what should i do?

Hi ... That's OK, we always think of something else after we "send". I'm not really sure how long this lump will remain. I really think you should see your Dr. who can look at the area and maybe give you something to help the irritation. Just don't squeeze it any more because this will just irritate it even more. The Doc might be able to give you something to help with the irritation but I can't recommend anything over the internet ..... you would have to see and examine the area to be safe, OK ??

also sorry to double post, what should i do to reduce the tenderness, and to overall help it heal?

Well the first thing you should do is STOP squeezing your nipple. You are only causing further irritation by doing this. Breast lumps are not uncommon in younger males (females too) and these are usually due to hormonal changes that are taking place in your body. If you are really worried about this then I suggest that you disuss it with one of your parents and see your Dr. just to put your mind at ease.   Take care ...
