Hi, ive had this lump thing in my left breast for quite a while now and its underneath the aereola kind of embedded in breast tissue, but the morning i woke up up and it was quite painful and kind of sticking out a bit. It is perfectly ball shaped and about the size and feel of a marble.

Hi.
I agree with the previous post.  The lump in your left breast is likely to be benign and is secondary to the hormonal changes in your body.  Breast cancer is not common at your age.
You should consult your doctor for evaluation.  Note also if there will be changes in the lump in relation to your menses.
Take care.

You should have your personal physician check the lump. There are several benign conditions that can cause lumps, including fibrocystic changes and fibroadenoma. At your age breast cancer is extremely unlikely. Your physician will want to know if the lump changes in size or sensitivity during your monthly cycle.
