Dear MARGB: Pagets disease of the breast usually presents as a crusting, scaling condition of the nipple. It does not usually present as red spots near the breast. Having said that, if you have had invasive breast cancer, it is possible for there to be recurrence on the skin. However, breast skin is like other skin and is subject to other abnormalities and rashes as well. A biopsy will help to determine what this is and give direction for treatment moving forward.
It could be an alergic reaction to chemicals used in your bra. Herpes, or just a heat rash (if it's hasn't been there for long.)
It also could be infamatory breast cancer (the worst kind of breast cancer)
I sincerly hope it is an alergy & not infamatory beast cancer.
