Left nipple, breast, and underarm pain.

I am a overweight male. Recently, I had my gallbladder removed. Besides stones, all of my blood work came back great. Besides gallstones, I had a problem for over a year.

About six months ago I found a few lumps around my left breast. I went to the doctor and he said he felt it too. I got a mamogram and xray. I was told that they didnt see anything. The lumps are still there. My left nipple always stings. I can feel pain from nipple to my left underarm. It's like there is a line to both those locations. Once this stinging episode happens, the whole breast strings.

The usual signs I read about are not present, such as discharge, puckered skin, inverted nipple and so on. I do however have a new shape of my breast. The best way to describe it is if I were to take off my shirt you would see both my breasts look different. My left breast has an egg shaped fat lump that extends into my armpit. Yes, that is what hurts.

What should I do? I feel like doctors are not giving me answers.
