Metastatic Breast Cancer

I am a 3 year survivor of breast cancer but for the past year have had to take zantac or another antacid every day due to "indigestion".  It does not burn - but I can have two bites of food and feel so full and bloated I can't eat more.  I feel bloated and miserable.  I have not lost weight - so have not paid a lot of attention until recently when the symptoms seem more intense and I'm finding myself taking both the zantac and additional tums and still feeling miserable.  I have eliminated meals - because I'm so uncomfortable.  I just recently went to my Oncologist - for normal blood work, etc... and everything looked good.  I am wondering if this is just due to getting older (56) and needing to adjust my diet or if I should be concerned.

thank you - I appreciate your response!  It has been too long since I was at the gynecologist....will make an appt. next week.  I love Dr. Oz - so thanks for that advice as well.

When is the last time you went to the gynecologist? You're describing some symptoms that could be nothing or could be ovarian cancer. Please consider an appointment with your gyne and while you're at it, go to the Dr Oz website and print a copy of the list they have there that's a questionnaire for you and a clue for your doctor. Request for them to do a trans vaginal ultra sound and also do a CA125 blood test.

I'm not saying this to worry you. I'm recommending this because it's a silent killer and you've just described one of the most common symptoms.

Best wishes.
