Need a second opion, breast cancer?

For the past couple of weeks ive been very tired all the time and its been sore underneath my right armpit on the side of my breast, then recently i woke up with bruising on my right breast with no explanation how it got there, theres been some pain in my breast mostly around the nipple area where the bruising is. I haven't found any lumps. When i was checking to see if i could feel any lumps i pressed down on my skin in armpit area and it caused excrutiating pain from the sight all the way up my arm. I also have a soar throat and headaches but there is alot of stuff going around not sure if that has to do with any of the other symptoms. So i went to my drs. today to get checked and says i must have bumped into something but ordered blood work to check for a blood disorder but no explanation for the armpit pain or tiredness,he didnt even do a full breast examination should I just let it go or get a second opinion?

I don't see anything here that would relate to breast cancer but the pain in the axilla might be from an enlarged lymph node which might be from some type of infection. Your other symptoms (tiredness, etc.) could be that "something" that you state is going around in your area. I would wait until you find out the cause of the general symptoms and then see if there are any problems involving the breast. It doesn't sound like there will be but I wouldn't ignore it completely. Perhaps the blood work will reveal something but breast cancer doesn't include any of the symptoms you are experiencing.  Regards ...
