Montgomery gland leaked clear fluid

Hello,
I have posted before here about clear nipple discharge from both nipples that happen only when nipple are pressed or breasts are prodded ..and i learned that it was normal and i managed to stop squeezing and the discharge stopped . However yesterday i noticed that there was a clear fluid on a montgomery gland i squeezed the montgomery gland and more clear fluid secreted along with white stuff i believe called subem . There was ntg on nipple since i didn't squeeze it . this newly thing only happened on a montgomery gland .. should i be worried?
I am 21 years old and i have never been pregnant .

It’s good that the discharge has stopped now. If you leave things alone, in due course everything will be just fine. You could apply a little Neosporin (Antibiotic cream) as it could help to prevent an infection.

Hi,
First of all it’s a good thing that you managed to stop squeezing your nipples .As for the Montgomery glands, they are sebaceous glands which produce an oily fluid to keep the nipples and areolas lubricated.
Please do not make the mistake thinking that these bumps are pustules or pimples and attempt to squeeze them. This is definitely not something that should be done, because it could lead to infection. I don’t think you should worry too much about it, providing you keep the area clean and avoid squeezing or touching the area because you might make things worse. However if you notice redness and swelling you should see your Doctor for evaluation okay?

First of all i'd like to thank you for your very knowledgble answers not only this time but for many times before . You don't know how much of help you are actually providing not only for me but many others on this great site .


To answer your replay : No, i have no redness or pain up till now all is good . This happened yesterday and i didn't squeeze at first . I noticed a wet spot on the montgomery (clear watery liquid) leaked by itself, then i made the attempt to squeeze and it leaked more lquid along with yellow stuff (sebum) then now its stopped . Even if i squeezed right now nothing comes out .
