burning inside breast

i'm having burning inside my breast is very painful.

Are there other signs or symptoms? Breast pain and tenderness can be caused by a variety of conditions from hormonal influences, infections, muscular strains, breast tissue thickenings  through to pressure from ill-fitting bras and clothes. However, Inflammatory breast cancer is a rare but very aggressive type of breast cancer in which the cancer cells block the lymph vessels in the skin of the breast. It usually presents with redness, swelling, and warmth in the breast. It would be best to see your doctor for physical examination and clinical diagnosis. This is important to rule out the possibility of cancer and other causes. Take care and keep us posted.
