Paget’s disease of the nipple on 15 year old

A few days ago I noticed my nipple had become dry and had a few scabs on it, and currently it is scaly and scabby. I have never had eczema so I doubt it is related to that. I would ask to see a doctor, but I am currently overseas and will be for three more weeks. Some of my family has breast cancer, which makes breast cancer more likely. I realise it is unlikely for a 15 year old, but I am really worried. The more I research symptoms, the more they match up to me and it scares me even more. I have no one to talk to right now, and I need advice on what to do. I don’t know if i should see a doctor here, or wait until I get home, as everything would be much easier.
