Male breast lump

Hi I ve had a lump under my right nipple for about a year i went to the hospital to get medical advice and the doctor told me that it was prolly nothing and that it was prolly just a hormone imbalance, but i am not convinced of that because it actually its very sore to touch and causes me pain all day at work every since a year ago and it leaks a clear fluid that doesnt look like normal breast milk that would be produced if i did have a hormonal imbalance i also leak fluid (slightly through the day because my shirt gets damp under my right nipple)  . The doctor also assured me that it would just go away which i think was a horrible theory because a year from the date i am still in pain, I have booked another appointment to see my doctor, if anyone has any ideas what this could be besides cancer or if it shows signs of cancer please let me know asap . Thank you for your time to respond please help! :(

So I have the same thing, the only difference is that I was taking some supplements ex. testostorone activators perhaps you should look into some estrogen blocker. It sounds to me that you have a ball of estrogen which is a hormone which to much of it can result in boobs or a ball under your usually your left nipple, don't try to squeeze it out you'll just produce more of it.

I certainly don't think it has anything to do with cancer although you don't mention your age. If I were you I would make an appointment with either a Breast Specialist or Breast Surgeon for an opinion. It is true that males often have these small lumps and they are hormone related but since you have nipple discharge and pain for this length of time I would see a Specialist. Please don't think that I'm saying this is anything terribly serious but I do think it might require some treatment.  Regards ...
