Positions on the breast

Is the 3 o'clock position near the armpit?  Is it the same for both the left and right?

It's Clockwise in both breasts.

3 o'clock position (right breast) is towards the middle of your chest.3 o'clock position (left breast ) is towards your armpit.Hope I've been helpful.Regards.
