I feel every feel months I check and get anxiety because I KNOW I feel lumps  1 breast always worse than the other. Hello and welcome to the forum.  Very smart to do breast self examinations each month.  This article gives step by step instructions of how to perform this.  You can do so once a month in the shower, in front of a mirror or laying down.  https://www.breastcancer.org/symptoms/testing/types/self_exam  Both breasts are not always the same, so, yes, that is normal.  Did you get checked out by a doctor.  I would get a baseline exam by your doctor so then you can feel if things change from month to month.

Thanks. I will speak more with my doctor and go from there. Thank you I’m glad one can differ from the other. So I suppose if I have my doctor check the. I check I will know what is “normal” for me :-) scary when you always feel lumps. (Like always even after doctors have said I was fine in the past but now I’m getting older :-) )
