Should I see a doctor?

I'm 19 years old and I've had lumps in my breasts before. I had them checked out but the doctor said they weren't a risk but I've recently noticed a different clot in my one breast. It's hard as a rock at the bottom of my breast. If I raise my arm it makes a visible bump in the round of my breast. It doesn't hurt and I can move it a little, it isn't very big... should I get this looked at??

Obviously you have seen your family Doctor regarding these lumps which by the way are not unusual in a person of your age; any age really. These are usually due to hormonal changes in your body and are either cysts (sacs that are filled with fluid) OR Fibroadenomas (solid lumps that are benign) that are not serious and occur in nearly half of all women. You may have noticed that these lumps change in size at different times of the month, related to your menstrual cycle. If you are terribly concerned then by all means see a Breast Specialist for another opinion and possibly an Ultrasound examination which would further determine the true nature of the lumps. Take care and best wishes ......
