Sore/Abscess on Right Breast

I have what seemed to start out as a pimple in the fatty tissue area of my right breast.  It drained like a pimple would, but now seems to be black and blue..with tiny little black spots over the "pimple" area.  It's primariy above the surface of the skin, but I can also feel a little "root"/ball underneath. The lump underneath is tiny and moveable.  In fact, if I move it around, puss seems to secrete from the "pimple".  I'm 31 years old, no history of any type of cancer in my family, I do not have children and I am not pregnant.

My question is...could this be cancer or a pre-cancerous condition?  Are cancerous lumps ever above the surface, and do they secrete puss?  I apologize for the graphic description, I just wanted to provide as much information as possible, b/c I'm very worried.  I've searched all over the internet and can't find anyone who was had something similar.

I do hope someone responds, and I thank you so VERY much for doing so, and for reading this long note.  Thank you so, so much!

Dear wmtm:  This sounds like an infection rather than any type of cancer-related problem.  Sometimes it seems strange but breast tissue can develop "pimples" just like any other part of our bodies.  If you sqeezed the skin to express the pus, you may have damaged some of the tiny little capillaries on the surface of the skin and caused a bruise.  In time, this should resolve.  If after a couple weeks, you do not see any improvement or if it becomes worse, consider an appointment with your doctor.

sounds more like an infected cyst of some sort, possibly related to the skin and not the breast itself. But there's no way to be accurate with online diagnosis; have it looked at by your doctor.
