US Gided Biopsy recommended

Good Morning,

Had my annual screening mammogrram..  Called back for Diagnostic testing.  Radioologist told me he is is certatain thhat this is a 95% benign finding (Fibroadenoma), however it has grown slightly since last year, and because it has grown he wants to biopsy it.  He also said that Fibroids do grow.  Sent to surgeon and he concurred biopsisy.  The Birads level they gave wa s a 4, why would they have put birads 4 if they are pretty certain it is benign.  I am so scare He called it a "well defined lobulated nodule inn the upper aspect of the right breast, which most likely represents a benign finding"  The surgeion has the results from thjhe ultrasound......Would appreciate any comments or help!
