What should I do with my multple large breast fribroadenoma ?

Please help. I really need advises about my huge breast lump.
2 years ago I found out my right breast has a large lump. It was about size 5cm x6 cm. I did not have any insurance, so I only have a simple ultrasound on my right breast and it was diagnosis fribroadenoma.. The lump is so large that almost is half size of breast. Recently I have bilateral breast ultrasound. I have 7 fribroadenoma lumps on my right breast. One is just as large as it was, like half size of my breast. On my left breast, I have 5 lumps which I did not notice. One of them is about 3cmx4m. After have done the biopsy of two of the largest lumps. They are confirmed of fribroadenoma. My doctor suggested me to remove it before pregnancy, but I am very worry about the appearance of my breast. They are flat already, and removal of the huge lump is going make it even worse. Plus, I  have  7 and 5 lump on each side. I am only 26 year old. I am in normal shape 5’3”, 120 lbs and my breasts are very flat. They are barely A cup. I can’t image how terriable it is going to look after removal of these lumps, even only the largest one.  I remember in the reality tv show “Doctor 91210” a girl who is high risk for breast cancer has her bilateral mastectomy age of 18 and had a breast reconstruction. She looked great. I thought it might be my best option. But after I told my doctor my consideration, he said it is not good unless is it is cancer.  I really upset about my situation.  I wanted to have a baby in about 3 years and I still want to live like a woman. Could you please give me some opinions?

I am 39 years old. I have  had the same problem since I was 15. I have had multiple biopsies and they all confirmed fribroadenomas. I still have a lot of them. I get scared every time one is found. I was told my breasts are very dense and sometimes is hard to to tell if it is just a fibroadenoma. I have considered the idea of a masectomy but I'm scared.

There are a lot of women with this problem

Wow I have practically the same issue as you!  I am 23, I've had this problem since 15 years old.  I am having it removed by a plastic.reconstructive breast surgeon.  I have a few, but the largest ones are about the size of a walnut or even larger.

I can't believe I have found someone else with the same issue.

Hi there.

The option of having breast construction is realistic and may indeed be the best option for you, especially since I think that these fibroadenomas can still come back after the excision procedure.  I suggest that you discuss this option with a plastic or reconstructive surgeon.

Regards.
