Why does my breast hurt? (Male)

I am a teenage male and I believe that I have gynecomastia. I've had lumps right above my nipples and I had it for about 5 years or so. But about two weeks ago, my right breast started to hurt. (No pain in the left side at all) The lumps themselves don't hurt unless I press or squeeze them. The pain is on the right side of my right breast, and it is little deep in there, just a little. The pain comes and goes. It is not severe but it hurts enough to draw my attention. What could it be? (I've never had breast pain before.)
