abdomen fluid in breast cancer

My daughter is under treatment for breast cancer IV. She is worried about her abdomen fluid. She got it drained two times but it is now on increasing trend. How many time it is safe to drain out or she needs to drain out and whether it is some bad indication.

It is an indication of Stage IV disease and if the fluid continues to increase it is possible that a permanent drain will be inserted so that the collection of fluid may drained in a less traumatic way. That of course will be up to the discretion of the Surgeon or Oncologist. For her comfort it must be drained as often as needed no matter what the method.  Kindest regards ....
