Hi,

Glad the post was of some help to you. An OBG is a obstetrician and gynecologist - a specialist in women's diseases and child birth etc. I hope you understand now.

You should carry out regular breast self examinations and report any abnormal features that you may notice to your doctor - like a breast lump, nipple discharge or skin changes.

You would need periodic evaluations by your doctor only after 40 years of age , or if you notice anything abnormal.

Let us know if you have any other doubts and post us on how you are doing.

Regards.

Hi,

You should not panic so much. this could simply be eczema or some skin changes due to hormonal changes in pregnancy.

You should consult your OBG for a detailed clinical examination and also ask her if a dermatologist consultation is required and if you need to apply or take any medications.

Keep the area clean, wear lose clothes and apply calamine lotion at the site till then.

Let us know about what your doctor tells you and if you have any other doubts.

Regards.
