breast ridges and puffiness

Hi,

I had an axillary lymph node biopsy a month ago, and a couple weeks ago noticed some indentations on the breast on that side, and puffiness in between the indentations.  Saw an obgyn last week and she said she had not seen anything like it, recommends mammogram and 2nd opinion.  What kind of doc should I see?  Mammo's don't show inflammatory breast cancer.  I have active lymph nodes on PET scan, which is why biopsy was done, it only showed reactive hyperplasia, but I still have an elevated sedimentation rate and polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia and nobody knows why.  I'm scared of cancer somewhere that hasn't been found.  Is this puffiness and mild pain and these indentations from the surgery or likely to be inflammatory breast cancer?

I am not 100% sure but if possible I would have a breast surgeon look at your breast since they are experienced with all the looks and symptoms.
