Are you currently undergoing any form of treatment?
The breast pain could be secondary to the late effects of surgery.  There are times when patients do complain of having “extra sensitive” postsurgical site, with intense pain elicited on light touch.  I’m not sure if this is the same symptom you are experiencing.
I would suggest you consult your doctor for evaluation.
Good luck.
