i dont understand this sonogram

my sonogram says that there is a hypoechoic area in right axilla corresponding to a palpable lump that measures 1.6 cm in diameter with a reniform shape with increased echo texture centrally that suggest a fatty hilum in a normal lymph node

Hi,
I think it's best to discuss your Ultrasound report with your doctor/radiologist for more clarification.
All I can tell you is that, according to the report, your lymph node looks  normal. Also a node that has a central fatty hilum is mostly benign.
I am sorry, but this is all I can tell you concerning your report.
Best wishes...
