Hi.
The lump in your left breast you noticed while breast feeding could be a galactocele.  It occurs after blockage of the duct during lactation.  There are no signs of inflammation like swelling, redness, warmth.
What you can do is use a breast pump and note if it disappears.  You can also go to your doctor for evaluation.
Take care.
