If your breasts feel hard it is usually caused by fibrocystic breast condition and is characterized by overall lumpiness.
The condition is very common and benign, but an actual breast lump is a localized swelling, bulge or bump in the breast that feels different from the breast tissue around it.
If you have lumpy breasts, it's important to perform regular breast self-examinations and have regular physical examinations. Knowing the normal shape and feel of your own breasts is essential to detect any unusual changes.

what does lumps mean? hard breasts?
Hi,
In my opinion, your symptoms don’t indicate breast cancer. If you haven't noticed any abnormalities, like skin changes, inverted nipple, a breast lump, nipple discharge, a sore that won't heal, at that point it could be very well be a skin problem. Since you have this condition for the past 2 years, I don’t think that any home remedy can be useful to cure your symptoms. I would advise you, first of all, to see your doctor for a clinical breast exam and also a Dermatologist so appropriate treatment recommendations can be made.
In the meantime, you could take some oral antihistamine medication for the itching. This should help with your symptoms until you get to see your doctor.
Best wishes.
