Hi again and you welcome !
Very glad to know that your Ultrasound resulted in benign findings.
Aside the things I mentioned in my previous comment, you could also try evening primrose oil.Regular consumption of the herb, evening primrose oil, in liquid or tablet form reduces breast pain. You could also take vitamin B 6, (pyridoxine) Vitamin B1((thiamine), and Vitamin E,but you should  ask your doctor before taking any Vitamin okay?.
Wear a good, supportive bra to reduce breast movement. Many women with breast pain find it comfortable to also wear a bra while they sleep.
Take care dear, and hoping that you'll soon feel much better!

Hi again,

Fibrocystic breasts are characterized by lumpiness and usually discomfort in one or both breasts. The lumpiness is due to small breast masses or breast cysts. The condition is very common and benign, meaning that fibrocystic breasts are not malignant (cancerous). Fibrocystic breast disease (FBD), now referred to as fibrocystic changes or fibrocystic breast condition, is the most common cause of "lumpy breasts" in women and affects more than 60% of women. The condition primarily affects women between the ages of 30 and 50, and tends to become less of a problem after menopause.

I am sending you a private message with a link to an article that will tell you everything you might want to know about this condition and its management. To receive my message, click on the word "inbox" at the upper right-hand corner of this page.

"Fibroglandular parenchyma" is simply the technical term for the normal, non-fat structure of the breast.

When there is pain and lumpiness in the breast, which can range from moderate to severe, it is  often due to  the extremely common, benign, "fibrocystic breast condition," well-described above by zouzi.

Hi,
First of all, pain is almost never associated with breast cancer, but Fibrocystic Breast changes, which is characterized by having fibroglandular tissue present in the breast can cause the pain in one or both breasts and you may also feel a lump or lumps within the breast tissue. The primary cause tends to be due to the natural hormonal changes before menstruation.
Try to reduce caffeine intake (coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate).
Maintain a low fat diet rich in fruits, vegetables, losing excess weight may reduce breast pain by stabilizing hormone levels.
It is important that young women with lumpy breasts perform regular breast self-examinations and have regular physical examinations. Knowing the normal shape and feel of your own breasts is important, especially when performing BSE (Breast Self Examinations) to detect any unusual changes.
Have you seen a doctor for a clinical breast exam? If you didn't, I would recommend that you do so, to check on the lump that could be causing the pain you are experiencing okay?
Take care....
