pain in lump nd right underarm

Hi plz help me,i am 23 years old and i was feeling in my right breast a moveable lump or cyst i really don't know but it hurts. I usually feel pain before the periods days but sometimes also after that...
The size of lump usually change before and after the periods,but it did not go fully. I also feels pain in the right underarms usually when i touch it.
I visited a doctor and she says it is common,when u get married it will go away. But i am not fully satisfied it plz guide me...

Hi,
This sounds like it could be a Fibroadenoma or a cyst ( both benign).
Breast tissue often changes during the menstrual cycle,causing cysts or fibroadenoma to appear and then disappear or shrink when the period is over.
Try not to panic,this could be not serious at all,but if you are concerned ask your Doctor to refer you to a Breast Specialist for evaluation.I know breast lumps are frightening to discover and should always be investigated,but keep in mind that a high percentage of all evaluated lumps are benign.
