pain right breast next to armpit :-( moves to my arm and back shoulder blade

Hello iam 28 years old. 2 kids.  I have been having right breast pain for about 6 months. I noticed it since on day i purchased a waist trainer that had straps. I wore it off and on like 2 weeks if was real tight and i noticed pain on that area so i stopped wearing it. And went rite away to the dr. He sent me to get 2 sonograms.  But found nothing on either.  I was told to take evening primrose oil for 7 days and i did it went away for a while but now its back off and on i had my papsmear done last month and she checked my breast and found. Nothing. . The pain goes from my right breast on the side to my arm and a little on my shoulder. I dont have any visable changes on my breast or nipple and have no family history of breast cancer also im not on any birth control help.. im scared!!! Thank you

I see nothing in your post that would indicate any relation to Breast Cancer. Evidently this is either a hormonal issue; hormones are responsible for breast changes OR since it began when you were using the waist trainer. There may have been some muscle injury or a pinched nerve and both can cause pain such as you describe. Your tests have all been normal so I wouldn't give any more thoughts to cancer. Often when a nerve is disturbed it doesn't return to normal in a short time .... If the pain continues you might consider seeing an Orthopaedic Physician for an opinion.  Regards .....
