pimple on nipple

Hello I am very worried.. I am 27 years and last night before i took a bath i saw a pimple on the left breast. it's sort of big and it wasn't hurting and i tried to pop it but nothing came out just a lil blood. this morning however the pimple is hurting when i touch it. I feel no lumps and it's just that spot. I am scared. what should i do? This is the first time something like this is happening to me. someone please help and advise me...

yes the pimple is on the nipple... this morning it's sort of yellowish like if there is something inside it just waiting to pop but it's hurting just like a pimple on my face. but i am scared to pop it. it went down a little it's not that swollen anymore... I am a little confused.

Just want to clarify if the pimple-like lesion is on the nipple/areola area or on the skin of the breast?
If the nipple is involved, an abscess of the areolar gland is a consideration.  If a localized area of the breast is involved, an acute abscess of the breast should be ruled-out.  Popping or pricking the pimple-like lesion will produce breaks in the skin and secondary infection may result, producing more harm than good.  
It would be best to consult your doctor for proper evaluation and management.
