plese tell me it is cancerous?

I just recieved a print out of my mothers (49+years ) .beast usg report.  Ill-marginated hypoechoic ,mildly inhomogeneous solid lesion measuring (1.92*1.45)cm approx.is seen deep within the mammary zone of at upper-inner &central quadrant(11 o,'clock-12 o,' clock position)of beast.rest of the quadrants shows no obvious abnormality.no ductular Eurasia seen.no calcification noted.subcutaneous fat lobules appear normal.both nipple areolar complex normal.both axillae no obvious lymphadenopathy seen.
