positive lymphnodes after chemo

What can be done if there are still positive lymphnodes after neoadjuvant chemo (4 taxol and 4 FEC before mastectomy)?  They are going to do radiation, but what about the cells that might still be in your body.

Dear sltennis:  Usually, chemotherapy is done both before and after surgery.  So, they will likely recommend more chemotherapy.

I ask the same question,  except:  I did not have chemotherapy until AFTER my one breast mastectomy.  I just completed my 8 chemo treatment, and am now ready for radiation, then anti-cancer pill.  .
CHEMO medicines were:
(1st four,  adriamycin/cytoxin                             last 4  Taxotere)

ALSO:  15 nodes were removed and 14 were positive.  How do I know there are not more positive nodes that were not removed from  my body?
