IS THERE ANY INFO ABOUT WHAT THIS COULD BE. IT ITCHES LIKE MAD. I HAVE HAD IT FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS WITH NO SIGNS OF GETTING BETTER.

There can be several causes of red spots in the breast. One cause is hematoma formation which are accumulation of blood underneath the skin primarily due to traumatic conditions. This will resolve in time. Another cause is superficial skin infections. Sometimes, Paget's disease can present with red eczematous spots that needs biopsy of the lesion to be diagnosed. I suggest you have this seen by your doctor as there can be several possibilities. He may request additional tests as he deemed necessary.
