You are welcome,
I still believe that your breasts pain is caused by hormonal changes. However, over the internet, we can only guess and the only way to find out for sure what’s going on, is to have your breasts examined by your doctor who may also order a Mammogram or Ultrasound to determine the nature of the lump.
Please let us know what your doctor advises you to do (using this same thread) and I hope you’ll feel better soon.
Take care…

Hi,
From what you describe it sounds like you have Fibrocystic Breast changes which is a benign condition, primarily affecting women age 30 and older.
As a rule, this painful condition tends to be bilateral but sometimes you can have more fibrocystic involvement in one breast than in the other. You may also feel a lump or lumps within the breast tissue and the vast majority are harmless. Most often they could be cysts or Fibroadenomas (both benign) These lumps are very common and are known to increase in size and tenderness due to hormonal changes.
I really wouldn't worry about breast cancer, since this disease is almost never associated with pain, particularly when the pain is bilateral, but it’s a good thing that you’ll be seeing your doctor soon for a clinical breast exam.Your Doctor will determine whether or not the lump needs further attention.
Reducing caffeine intake (coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate) can decrease water retention and may help alleviate the discomfort you are experiencing..
All the best to you!
