surgery,yes or no?

As I know ,in BIRADS 4 there are 23-35%chance to be malignant, but my question is:is there any possibility to not have any kind of surgery in case of BIRADS 4?Of course if lump is benign?

Of course ... if the finding is benign and causing no trouble you can certainly choose to not have surgery to removed it. You might have to be checked more frequently is the suspicious area is a cluster of microcalcifications to moniter for any change. If it is a cyst or Fibroadenoma then it can remain also but may need to be checked for growth. The final decision is ALWAYS up to you. Regards .....
