worrying breast and vagina lumps

I have a 7.5cm lump in my left breast and a 3.5cm lump in my right breast that have both just been discovered (I felt the left one and the right one was then discovered on the mammogram and ultrasound) . Both are solid masses and the biopsies were inconclusive. The specialist has said that I must have them both removed immediately and when they test them during the operation, if they are malignant they will need to remove my breasts. I also have a solid mass in my vagina that has the same type of cells in it as the breast lumps. Does this seem unusual? With the uncertain biopsy results, do you think I should just ask them to remove my breasts regardless? What will happen with my vagina?

So sorry to hear about your cancers diagnosis.
I know this is a very difficult time for you,but cancer treatment advances in the last decade have been significant and offer more hope in curing the disease than in any other time in the past.
I sincerely hope that your upcoming surgeries and treatments will be successful to beat this disease.
My prayers and thoughts are with you...

Further testing on the vaginal lump have shown that it is malignant so I will now be having a radical vaginectomy plus both breasts removed.

Hi,
Because the lumps in your breasts are quite large, the biopsy might not have extracted enough tissue to give definite results.
So to make sure the Surgeon prefers to have the lumps completely removed for a correct diagnosis especially if the cells in the lumps show Atypical hyperplasia .These lumps could be non cancerous, but if unfortunately they are, then your Surgeon is taking the right steps to suggest a mastectomy. You could certainly discuss with your surgeon about having a mastectomy regardless of what these lumps represent.Mastectomy, may be done if the area is too large to remove without deforming the breast.
I am afraid I cannot speak about the lump in your genital. It might not be related at all with your breasts issue, but you should discuss with your Surgeon what needs to be done about it.
Hoping that your surgery will go smoothly and the final pathology results will state benign findings.
Wishing you all the best...
