Drastic decrease in supply

I'm almost 3 weeks postpartum and noticing my supply had plummeted! The engorged feeling is gone :(  I wasn't pumping on a schedule as I was told to let the baby get as much as he needs ... He has a GREAT latch!
Today I pumped and only got 4oz out. Two days ago I could get 8oz!!!! I don't remember how long our supply is hormone driven??? Have I switched to supply & demand already?

Your breasts won't stay engorged. Once your body adjusts to what baby is eating, they will be soft. If you aren't pumping enough, then nurse or pump more frequently.
