breast lump

Im breast feeding my 2 month old daughter and 3 weeks ago i noticed a lump in my right breast it isnt sore, its firm, dosent change shape, about 1cm long and i have been to the doctor and they just felt it and said come back in a month. A month just seems so long as nothing seems to get rid of it. Can anyone tell me whats likely to be wrong? Or give me some advice?

It might be a clogged milk duct?  Try rubbing/pressing/massaging it when you feed the baby and/or when you're in a warm shower.  Hopefully that'll take care of things!
