Second-degree burn mark/scar?

Hi,
My 14 month old daughter suffered a second degree burn due to hot tea that spilled on her on her left nipple and the entire left torso.

Per doctors this was a second degree mostly a superficial burn (as far as they can see). They have put on Mepilex pad and neosporin as needed.

Beyond the short-term pain, I am more worried about long term issues:

1) Will this lead to her having permanent mark/scar? Would there be a pigmentation change?

2) Is there any risk to her nipple/mammary glands? Given she is a girl, I am thinking if breastfeeding/milk production will be an issue?

Appreciate any inputs.
Thanks.
