Simple answer is no, I am afraid not. Again no one knows the reason for reaction. I had no symptoms after both my doses except slight pain in arm but after thee booster I too have severe pain in the arm and forearm and numbness. Just hoping time will take care of it
Hi there, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having a lot of pain. I don't know a lot about CRPS, but SIRVA is not uncommon. Pain in the same arm used to administer the vaccine would most likely indicate that the vaccine was not correctly administered, which could lead to nerve damage.
If you are not getting answers from your doctors, maybe ask a different doctor to evaluate thee problem. It is possible that time will heal the injury, or it is possible that you will need medicatio or physical therapy to help.
I think your doctors are the ones to talk to. Ideally, you'd want to talk to a Chinese doctor, because China has not been forthcoming in sharing what's in their vaccine, what the effectiveness of it has been, or any side effects. Best advice is to not get that particular vaccine if there is any alternative because China has fallen back into Maoisim under their current leader and after the attack on them by Donald Trump. China doesn't react meekly to that kind of thing, and their response has been to return to a very authoritarian and closed society compared to what they were becoming. Alas, if you're not in China, I don't know who would know much about that vax. Hope you do find answers.
