The older you are the better chance you have of getting cancer.
I had this exact problem and I'm 13. I had it for about 8 months and decided to goto the doctor. Apparently it is not completely uncommon and is probably not cancer. It was a harmless tumour (benign) and just to check I got an ultrasound to make sure, and I was told there was nothing to worry about.
If it is a cancer and not a benign then the symptoms will be different:
Cancer: Usually not painful Benign: Painful
Cancer: Fixed to body Benign: Not fixed and able to be moved around the area
Cancer: Shape is irregular Benign: Smooth and regular
More symptoms can be found on google.
If you have this problem, goto the doctor just to check and get an ultrasound.
I also have the same problem, what would I do?
I remember getting those around that age as well. I wouldn’t worry and yeah they were kinda painful. I am sure it’ll be gone in a couple of months if not shorter. Just keep an eyes on it.
Ive been having the same issue. Left nipple has a little lump under the skin. Im 13. Is there anyone who can help me figure out what this is?
It's really rare for teenage boys to have breast cancer. But at least half of them will develop a tender lump under one or both nipples or get some nipple enlargement. This usually goes away in a matter of months, but it can persist longer and some young men have permanent enlargement of the breasts or nipples.

I am 13, and i am right now having the same problem, but my left not right. Any tips?
To say that at age 13 is too young to even think about cancer is being a bit NAIVE!! Young Babies get cancer!
I think its just they are growing up, everthing is getting bigger, just keep a eye on it make sure it doesnt get any bigger, and if he say it hurts bad take him to doctor soon.
His age is young to be thinking about cancer.
however, if the doctor was concerned, then they probably will do a CT or MRI.
and/or perhaps do blood work, and they should do blood work.
