3mm Enchondroma on left femur, should I be worried?

Hi everyone I had an MRI done of the pelvic are back in Ocotober. They found a 3mm encondroma on the outer left femur. I do have pain that area and because of that my Ortho has requested a full body bone scan and CAT scan of the area. Should I be worried? I am only 32yo male. It has me worried. My ortho showed my MRI to a ortho oncologist who also agrees that it was enchondroma and not cancerous.
