Oh my goodness. This is a lot to worry about for you!  I'm sorry!!  So, you are a breast cancer survivor in remission?  When do you get your pet scan results? It is my understanding that metastasis in the bones typically will have pain associated with it. The other thing that is common to it is broken bones.  You are having some pain.  I'm glad you got checked out.  My dear friend died after metastasis in bones/breast cancer but it was in her chest bones. Very sad. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/bone-metastasis/symptoms-causes/syc-20370191

Something that I'm wondering about is if you had full treatment including chemotherapy is if you have peripheral neuropathy which is not uncommon. It's nerve damage and your symptoms sound more similar to that.  Read this article and see what you think. https://www.mskcc.org/news/managing-chemotherapy-induced-peripheral-neuropathy-after-treatment

When do you see your doctor again? Can you let me know how it goes?
