Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? How was your mammogram result? Burning sensation in the breast  could be due to a variety of issues such as hormonal changes, neurological conditions, infection or inflammation.  If  there is a family history of breast cancer, it is best that you have this checked for proper evaluation. Regular self breast examination is highly recommended.  Take care and do keep us posted.
