CT of abdomen findings.

I had a CT without contrast looking for a kidney stone and the findings were. Mild subpleural thickening right lower lobe. This pulmonary nodule aprox. 3-4mm. Multiple low attenuation lesions scattered throughout the liver. all other organs normal. cancer?

No other symptoms what so ever. Find it hard to loose weight even I try, take toprol and pravachol, was on Z-pack for strep throat when CT was done. Someone?
