Cancer

I was diagnosed with a papillary carcinoma on Sept. 8th from the biopsy.  I had a total thyroidectomy and right neck dissection on Oct. 15th.  My surgeon was away after that and now he's referring me to an endo.  I am getting frustrated that there's no plan for my treatment started yet.

You might want to take a natural hormone balancer such as Myimin....and then you might want to start to detox your body.  Cancer is formed from either yeast or chemicals.  I don't think there is a test for either.  Go to health food store and get pH test strips.  Learn about alkalizing foods...also research AHCC.  There are yeast cleansing products (The company 'NOW' offers a good candida eliminator)....caprillic acid is also good for taking out yeast.  Pay attention to all chemicals going into your mouth.  MSG has 13 other names learn them by heart.  Hope this helps.

Hi, usually after total thyroidectomy a patient is put on Eltroxin(levo thyroxin) as a replacement hormonal therapy. But if u have a sub-total or near total thyroidectomy then ur endo. may check ur hormonal levels before starting the eltroxin therapy.

An endocrinologist is the best for you but generally you need to wait until everything settles after surgery to see how replacement therapy is managed. Best of luck.
