Could I Have Cancer?

Hello. I'm a bit worried that I could have a form of cancer. Basically, I have symptoms which make me wonder whether or not it could be cancer. Could someone advise me on what to do?

My symptoms are:

• Stomach pains - I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) but I've had the same stomach pain consistently for a few days now.

• Loss of appetite - I think this may be due to anxiety that i've been having lately as I am an anxious person. But could this be something else and not the anxiety causing it?

• Weight loss - I've lost quite a bit of weight and I'm worried that I'm losing even more.

• Sweating - At night, I have woke up sweating quite a few times, but not all the time. But the weather back in the UK isn't really hot so it's confusing as to why I'd sweat. Then again, i'm on holiday right now and the weather is hotter, but I haven't sweated for the two nights I've been here. Furthermore, I have been sweating while sunbathing but much more than I usually do. The sweating is concerning me because its a lot ot sweating.

• Back pain - My lower back really hurts and has been for a few days now, and it's taking longer to go away than usual.

• Spots - I have spots on my back - a lot. But I don't usually get as many as I have.

Please help as I'm worried!

There are so many things that could be causing each of these- anxiety even could be the cause of all of them.  Have you been to a doctor to have any tests run?  If not, I'd start there, if for nothing else then to ease your mind!
